Over the years, I’ve developed a deep passion for building warm, collaborative school communities where children thrive, educators feel supported, and families feel confident and connected. As a center director, I am committed to being present and available—for both families and staff. My classroom experience allows me to truly relate to the challenges and rewards teachers face each day, and I work to support, uplift, and empower them in their roles. I also partner closely with families, building trust and ensuring they feel confident and connected to the people caring for their children.
I believe families play a vital role in a child’s learning journey, and it’s our job as early childhood educators to create safe, nurturing, and developmentally rich environments. I strive to model patience, kindness, and respect in every interaction, and I see every child as deserving of love, care, and meaningful educational experiences. Although I don’t have children of my own, my love of children is unmeasurable. I’ve poured my heart into every child I’ve had the privilege to care for—and treat each one as if they were my own.
Originally from Ohio, I now live in Norton with my husband of many years. When I’m not at school, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and you can often find me relaxing with a good craft project in hand.
