Erin Stracuzzi
DIRECTOR

I take great pride in ensuring that every child in my care feels loved and cherished. My goal is to make each day enjoyable and exciting, while also teaching the kids the importance of kindness, empathy, and happiness. I strive to create an environment where they develop a love for learning, grow as individuals, and believe they can achieve anything they set their minds to.

I’ve always had a deep love for children and a strong desire to become a teacher. My journey began when I started babysitting at the age of 12, and I quickly discovered how much joy I found in watching kids light up with excitement as they learned something new or mastered a new skill. These moments of discovery inspired me to pursue a career dedicated to nurturing and educating young minds.

I genuinely love my job, there is no better way to spend my days than being with the kids. Every day feels like an adventure, and I truly cherish every minute I get to spend with them.

I live in Natick with my husband John, my son Jason, and our dog Luna. I love spending time with my family, especially my son. I spend a good portion of free time watching my son play volleyball, perform in his school musicals, and singing/dancing in one of the five choirs he is in.

Lisa Percoskie
OFFICE MANAGER

I began working with children in 1999, inspired by my daughter’s time in preschool. Since 2008, I have been a dedicated teacher in the infant room, creating a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for every child in my care. My approach is rooted in a simple but meaningful philosophy: “Be the adult you needed when you were a kid.” I take pride in supporting each child’s growth while giving parents peace of mind, knowing their child is in caring and capable hands.

In 2025, I expanded my role to include time in the office as the office manager, while remaining actively involved in the classrooms. This transition has allowed me to continue supporting children and families in new and meaningful ways.

Outside of work, I treasure spending time with my gransdons and making lasting memories through our adventures together. I also enjoy road trips to New Jersey to visit family and relaxing long weekends in the White Mountains.
