Before coming to First Circle, I was a toddler teacher for 6 years. For 10 years before that, I did physical therapy and housekeeping at a nursing home, where I soaked in a lot of knowledge about all kinds of medical issues, procedures, and medications. That work gave me the ability to problem solve, redirect, and to pay attention to several things at once—even just in regards to one person. My favorite thing about working with young children is their little individual personalities. I hope to give the children lots of self-confidence and a strong sense of safety, knowing they can always come to me for anything they need. I live in Worcester with my fiancé, and in my free time I love any activity that involves my grandchildren, especially going to the beach with them.

I am currently at Framingham State University in the child and family studies program. After graduating in 2025, I plan to eventually continue on with my education, and get a masters degree to become an early intervention specialist. Before First Circle, I was an infant/toddler teacher at The Learning Experience, which has prepared me well for caring for and loving the little ones! My favorite thing about working with young children is their curiosity—seeing how their little minds open and learn so much is so important to me. I hope to bring a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe and heard. I am originally from Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic, and now I live in Worcester when I’m not on campus. For fun, I like to go to the mall and the movies with my friends. I also really enjoy traveling and seeing new places.

I graduated from Framingham High School in 2015 and received my teaching certification from Cambridge College. I have been working in childcare since then. I love to see children meet new developmental milestones and I sincerely enjoy and appreciate each connection I make with a child. In my spare time, I like to read and go out to dinner with friends.

Before coming to First Circle, I worked at a home daycare and Blocks Preschool; I also worked as a nanny. I believe strongly in helping children be creative and express their individual personalities. I live in Framingham with my husband and three daughters.
