I have been working in infant and toddler rooms for six years, and most recently worked as a full-time nanny outside of Boston. I studied Wildlife and Conservation Biology at the University of Rhode Island, and used that to teach environmental science programs to school aged children.
I hope to bring happiness, comfort, trust, and adventure into classrooms that I am a part of. I excel in gross motor, sensory, and hands-on interactive play, and enjoy bonding with the children on their level. It brings me joy to contribute to shaping new generations.
I live in Rhode Island with my family, 3 dogs, and 4 birds. I spend a lot of weekends hiking, camping, and paddleboarding with my dogs and friends. In the future, I hope to pursue a masters degree with focus on education—early childhood, outdoor/environmental learning, or science education.
