EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS

In accordance with EEC requirements, First Circle has a written Emergency Management Plan, which details procedures for meeting potential emergencies, including (but not limited to) missing children, the evacuation of children from the program in the event of a fire, natural disaster, loss of power, heat, or hot water, or other emergency situations. • Emergency plans include evacuation or shelter-in-place guidance, designated escape routes, and an external meeting place.
• Procedures ensure contact with emergency services, parent notification, and verification that no child is left behind.
• Plans are regularly updated to meet the needs of all children, including those requiring extra assistance.
